You authorize EDUCATE | EMPOWER | ENCOURAGE to charge your Educate | Empower | Encourage The Learning Library membership subscription to the credit card information provided via Stripe/Thrive Cart/Kajabi herein.


This membership automatically renews every month or year depending on your chosen selection. Your card will be charged every month or year for the amount shown:


$99 USD per month for a monthly subscription with month to month access

$999 USD per year for a yearly subscription with annual access

$3499 USD one time payment for lifetime access


You acknowledge and agree that EDUCATE | EMPOWER | ENCOURAGE will continue to charge your credit card on a monthly or yearly basis unless and until you notify us in writing by email of your intent to cancel. Thirty (30) days notice from the next billing date is required in order to cancel that payment.


You agree to pay for these purchases in accordance with the issuing bank card holder agreement.


You understand that your completely FREE 7 day trial is just that - a free 7 day trial. Should you forget to cancel, not want to cancel, or just plain not cancel during your free 7 day trial period, your card will be charged in full for the membership subscription you selected once your free 7 day trial period ends.


You understand that Educate | Empower | Encourage The Learning Library membership is a subscription that auto renews and is billed up front, in full, monthly ($99 USD), yearly ($999 USD - save $189 annually) and lifetime ($3499 USD - BEST VALUE, ONE TIME PAYMENT).


You understand that your Educate | Empower | Encourage The Learning Library membership subscription will automatically renew and that you’ll be charged your selected membership rate up front, in full, at each renewal period, unless you inform EDUCATE | EMPOWER | ENCOURAGE that you would like to cancel at least 30 days prior to the automatic renewal date by emailing them at team@educateempowerencouragelibrary.com.


Additionally, you understand and agree to the following:


EDUCATE | EMPOWER | ENCOURAGE reserves the right to revoke membership to it’s Learning Library at anytime, for any reason of any member. Those who's memberships are revoked at anytime, for any reason, will NOT be subject to a refund.


Any payments made to EDUCATE | EMPOWER | ENCOURAGE are NON-REFUNDABLE, under ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, including, but not limited to: Acts of God, illness, economic hardship, non-usage of content and resources provided, not logging into Kajabi, not having reliable internet access, change of mind or heart, leaving industry or revoked membership.


In addition to being NON-REFUNDABLE Educate | Empower | Encourage The Learning Library membership is NON-TRANSFERABLE under ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, including, but not limited to: Acts of God, illness, economic hardship, non-usage of content and resources provided, not logging into Kajabi, not having reliable internet access, change of mind or heart, leaving industry or revoked membership.


Educate | Empower | Encourage The Learning Library features welcoming, safe and inclusive content for all to learn, grow and develop regardless of national origin, race, predisposing genetic characteristics, marital status, color, creed, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, religion, gender and/or gender identity. We encourage our members to understand, accept, and celebrate differences among people.


Educate | Empower | Encourage The Learning Library is content focused specifically on appealing to, attracting, connecting and serving the high end niche of the wedding and special event industry and the education, perspective and advice we offer will align with and be applicable to this segment of the marketplace.


Educate | Empower | Encourage The Learning Library is committed to offering education, advice, and solutions pertaining to the wedding industry in the creation, development, and maintenance of your business and yourself.


Educate | Empower | Encourage The Learning Library will give you tools and offer resources that you can use to improve yourself, your business, and business strategy.


During your membership experience, Educate | Empower | Encourage The Learning Library will provide supportive and encouraging content, but will be completely transparent with you, sometimes offering “tough love."


You agree to be patient and kind with yourself as you learn ideas and concepts, set goals, and implement those ideas and concepts.


You understand that Educate | Empower | Encourage The Learning Library and its content works when you do the work and you take ownership for your progress and accomplishments.


You agree to show up for yourself not only to learn from the content offered via Educate | Empower | Encourage The Learning Library, but also in between, on your own time (this is where you apply what you learn).


You agree that you are the expert in your own life and are fully responsible for any choices and decisions you make during your journey.


You agree not to hold Educate | Empower | Encourage or any company Educate | Empower | Encourage is affiliated with, liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the choices, decisions, actions and/or inactions you make and take.


You acknowledge that Educate | Empower | Encourage owns, or has permission to use, all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in any written or online materials that may be used during your membership. Educate | Empower | Encourage hereby grants you permission to use these materials for your own personal use only. You agree not to copy, share, sell, or distribute any of these materials to anyone else.


EDUCATE | EMPOWER | ENCOURAGE reserves the right to DENY, REVOKE or REFUSE TO EXTEND access to its Learning Library based on unbecoming behavior that does not align with our goals, mission or teachings.
